The scope is defined together with the customer to support reliable operation over time.
What the agreement can include
- Preventive maintenance: Scheduled service by Metacon technicians, supported by a documented maintenance plan for the delivered plant.
- Remote support: Phone, video and remote diagnostics with defined response routines and escalation paths.
- Warranty support: Corrective support for failures and malfunctions during the warranty period.
- Training: Operator training covering inspections, troubleshooting, safety and maintenance routines.
- Spare parts management: Tracking and replenishment of consumables and selected spare parts stored at site.
