Botnia

Innovative hydrogen infrastructure in northern Sweden

In the Botnia project, we are creating the hydrogen solutions of the future through two pioneering hydrogen refuelling stations with integrated, electrolysis-based hydrogen production.

The hydrogen refuelling stations are strategically located in Piteå and Arvidsjaur and are equipped with large capacity for efficient hydrogen refuelling. With the ability to deliver up to 200 and 400 kg of hydrogen daily, respectively, at pressures of 350 and 700 bar, respectively, they are tailored to meet the needs of heavy trucks and buses operating in the region.

The stations are available for all hydrogen vehicles, but with a focus on heavy transport, where the need for sustainable alternatives is most apparent.

By offering reliable fuel alternatives in strategic locations, Botnia Hydrogen AB is taking a significant step towards building the necessary infrastructure for hydrogen refuelling in northern Sweden. Together, we are paving the way for a greener and more sustainable future.
